- Die Maschine wurde von Jägern angegriffen und am vierten Triebwerk sowie der Flugzeugnase getroffen. Das gesamte Flugzeug fing Feuer, eine Tragfläche brach schließlich ab. Die Maschine ging sofort in einen spiralförmigen Sturzflug über.
